About the role/responsibilities:
As a Supervisor you will be leading the team by example ensuring our little shoppers and their parents/guardians feel like they have had the best shopping journey from start to finish

Engage with customers and staff members alike

Help your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements

Strive for operational excellence

Assist with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team

Adhering to company policies and guidelines

Promote the schuh brand through our core service values
