| Who can participate? | Persons of any age can enter Gum-believable event following a £25 spend in Churchill Square the same day. However; only persons aged 18 or over can be awarded either the International prize package for two adults or the UK staycation package prize for two adults.

| Who can’t participate? | Directors, officers, management, and employees of:
(a) the Promoter and their immediate families; (b) the agencies or companies associated with this promotion or the promoter, and the immediate families of those people cannot enter. (c) Churchill Square retail staff, managers, supervisors, and their immediate families of those cannot enter. |
| Do I need to buy anything to enter? | Yes. In order to qualify for entry, participants must have spent £25 or more during the day |
| How to enter | All participants must download and register with the Brighton Life App to enter this promotion and take part in the event.
All participants can only enter by attending the event located within Churchill Square promotion court on the lower mall within the event dates listed above.
Participants attend the event, and will be asked by our event team to download and register on the Brighton Life App and scan a QR code made available by the event team on site. By scanning this QR code, the participant is entered into the prize draw.
The entry will be located in the ‘This Week’ section of Brighton Life, and requires the user to click on the button which says ‘Gum-believable. After scrolling down each entrant will find a button named ‘Redeem’ by clicking on this the App with open the users phone’s camera to scan the required QR code provided by the event team.
Please note the entry will not be complete unless the entrant has scanned the QR code provided by the event team in the promotion court Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton. |
| How many times can I enter? | ONLY 1 entry per person. If you are a valid entrant who has downloaded and registered with Brighton Life, and scanned the QR code, you will be known as an entrant for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions. |
| How and when will the winners be informed? | The winner of each prize will be selected at random, via a random number generator and contacted by email within 7 working days of the last event date (Tuesday 3rd August 2021). The winner of each prize must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of offer. If any emails to the winner are returned as undeliverable or the winner does not respond in 7 days of being notified, then Churchill Square reserve the right to offer the prize to another winner in accordance with the process described above. |

The winner will be responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and Visa at the point of arrival to their chosen destination. The Promoter will not be responsible in the event that the winner is denied entry to the agreed airport or eventual destination. Check-in luggage may not be included in your flight ticket, as per the individual ticket fare rules, which will be made available to you at the time of booking. No other travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation is included. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The voucher is valid for one booking only.
